Airtel Digital TV is preparing to update its HD STBs soon. We can expect some changes, packed with new features and enhancements in High Defination STB devices.
Below is the picture showing the update is on the way.
The Software Download is now showing IDLE. You can check yours by going to menu.
Press Menu > Help > Diagnostics > System Diagnostics > scroll down to see Software Download.
Currently the latest software version running on most of HD STBs is 703.
If
it is showing IDLE as shown in the picture, then congratulations, your
device is now eligible for the brand new software update. Just in 3-4 weeks you will receive the update
you can manually download the software by following this procedure. Click here to see the steps.
Airtel had updated the software at regular interval of time for excellent viewing experience to its customers.
